Filmabend ins <a title=\"Zollhaus\" href=\"http:\/\/zollhausluzern.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\">Zollhaus<\/a> ein!<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Als erster Film unserer Filmreihe werden wir uns \u201cCreativity and  the Capitalist City; The Struggle for Affordable Space in Amsterdam\u201d von  Tino Buchholz zu Gem\u00fcte f\u00fchren:<\/div>\n<div>Am Beispiel von Amsterdam untersucht Tino Buchholz, wie sich im  Zuge neoliberaler Umformungen eine massive Raumnot entwickelt hat, von  der in erster Linie Geringverdiener und die Kreativszene betroffen sind.<\/div>\n<div>Um einen v\u00f6lligen Verlust kreativer Potentiale und den damit  einhergehenden Imageverlust im internationalen Standortwettbewerb  auszuschliessen, hat die Stadt Amsterdam nach neuen L\u00f6sungen gesucht.  Entstanden ist ein strategisches Raumprogramm, welches versucht,  Leerst\u00e4nde zu flexiblen Bedingungen an Nutzer aus dem kreativen Umfeld  zu vermitteln.<\/div>\n<div>Der Film von Tino Buchholz legt offen, dass es sich bei diesem  Raumprogramm nur um eine weitere Optimierung der Raumnutzung unter  neoliberalem Vorzeichen handelt, bei dem f\u00fcr die Kreativszene am Ende  wenig herausspringt. Und was bleibt, wenn der Hype um die Creative Class  vor\u00fcber ist?
